Are you ready to develop the idea inside of you? Do you have an idea, but are not quite sure how to begin or continue the pursuit of it. If so, this program can help. Turn on Your Power is a consultation program which guides individuals with ideas through the process of developing their particular ideas. Many individuals have ideas but some are at different stages of developing their ideas. With this program, people can choose the session(s) that address their particular needs. This program will provide an individual with a comprehensive plan for developing his or her idea.
1 - Idea Development $150.00
This one-hour session focuses on the development of products based on the client’s idea and includes:
- •A description of the steps in the product development process
- •An evaluation of client’s specific idea:
Background, Features, Objectives, Benefits
- Exploration of potential products based on client’s idea
- Evaluation of protection strategies for various aspects of the idea. These strategies include patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets.
This session is for the person who has conceived an idea for a product, but is not sure how to proceed.
2 - Idea Commercialization $150.00
This one-hour session focuses on the commercialization of products based on the client’s idea and includes:
- A description of commercialization options for the products based on client’s idea
- Analysis of prototyping and test marketing options for the products related to the client’s idea
- An examination of manufacturing issues related to the client’s products
- A discussion of financing options to commercialize client products
- Discussion of legal issues in the manufacturing and distribution phases of product commercialization
This session is for the person that has developed a product but wants information about the various options and issues related to making the product available to the public.
3 - Idea Marketing $200.00
This one to two hour session focuses on marketing strategies for publicizing and marketing products based on the client’s idea and includes:
- An identification of target markets for products based on the client’s idea
- Marketing Tools and Options (i.e. Press Releases / Internet / Samples)
- Marketing Costs
- Development of a custom marketing strategy for specific products
This session addresses marketing issues and helps the person develop a plan to market their product to companies or consumers.
Consultation sessions are held via telephone unless face-to-face meetings are arranged. Clients will be contacted to schedule a consultation session. Prior to a scheduled session, a client will submit information to the consultant relevant to the client’s idea. All submitted materials will be held in strict confidence by consultant.
